Raw Material: Colostrum
The foundation of all LACsell® products is high-quality bovine colostrum – the first milk produced by cows immediately after giving birth. This secretion contains a unique combination of immunoglobulins, growth factors, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
Our colostrum comes exclusively from agricultural farms that operate under strictly controlled conditions. We ensure that:
- no antibiotic or hormone residues are present in the raw material,
- GMO-free feeding is ensured,
- the colostrum is collected only after the calf has been fed and only in surplus amounts.
These conditions guarantee that only high-quality colostrum is obtained, which is both ethically and health-wise acceptable.
Processing: Gentle and Active Ingredient-Preserving
Processing is carried out using a patented cold filtration process. This ensures that the bioactive structure of the sensitive components is fully preserved, as no thermal stress occurs. Subsequent freeze-drying ensures maximum stability and long shelf life of the active ingredients – without the use of preservatives.
The end product is a crystalline powder of high purity, which can be easily integrated into individual formulations. This powder forms the basis for our dietary supplements.
Application in Humans
Colostrum preparations are suitable for targeted support of the immune system and for promoting regenerative processes. In daily practice, a wide range of applications becomes apparent – especially when there is an increased need for immunoactive substances, during periods of high stress, or during convalescence.
The bioactive substances contained may:
- modulate inflammatory processes,
- strengthen the intestinal barrier function,
- support healing processes after injuries or surgeries,
- reduce oxidative stress,
- contribute to stabilizing the overall immune system.
A balanced diet is not replaced by colostrum but is specifically supplemented – especially where deficiencies arise due to modern lifestyles, chronic diseases, or medication-related stress.
Quality and Production in Germany
The production of LACsell® products takes place in Germany. We work with specialized contract manufacturers to ensure the highest standards in processing, filling, and packaging. All production steps – including printing and packaging – are fully integrated into the quality assurance cycle.
Our production facilities are certified according to ISO 22000 and are subject to continuous inspections. In addition, modern analysis methods are used to ensure consistent active ingredient concentration and microbial safety.
These measures ensure:
- Complete traceability of all batches,
- Maximum product safety,
- Consistent availability of active ingredients in therapeutically relevant areas.
Composition and Tolerability
Our formulations contain, in addition to colostrum, carefully selected vitamins, minerals, and secondary plant compounds. This results in synergistic effects that have a positive impact on absorption and efficacy.
Note on tolerability: Colostrum contains natural lactose and is therefore not suitable for individuals with pronounced lactose intolerance.
